Infill as low as 12%, lightning pattern ok.

BASE: Print standing up. Place an LED tea light inside.

TOP: Ensure that the flat bottom area is aligned with the print bed. For the lamp version, use little infill, between 5% - 10% , then drill or cut a hole in the bottom so the LED can fit. You can try printing without bottom layers.
